Modern Lady

Today, I paired my tweed jacket with my houndstooth tie-neck blouse for a lady-like look.  I like the higher neckline of this blouse with this jacket and that the shapes are classic but modern.

The quilted bag finishes off the lady-like look.  I kept accessories simple today with a turquoise ring and handmade quartz earrings.

Workaday Elegance

Happy Thursday!!
Blouse:  LOFT Petites (Available here)
Blazer:  Gap (old) (Similar: here)
Today, I paired my outfit around this lace peplum top.  I added wide leg trousers and a black velvet peplum jacket for an elegant vintage-inspired look.

I kept the accessories minimal to let the shapes and textures of this outfit be the show.
